We currently ship throughout the United States.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.
Packaging
Every order is carefully packaged to protect your treats during transit.
Warm Weather Shipping
Some products may be sensitive to heat. Please retrieve your package as soon as it is delivered.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Blue Ember Bakery is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays, but we will gladly help you work with the carrier if an issue arises.
