Return & Refund Policy

At Blue Ember Bakery, every order is made with care using fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Food Products

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods and food products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any food items once they have been delivered or picked up.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please email blueemberbakery@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and, if appropriate, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided that production has not yet begun.

Custom orders that are already in production cannot be canceled or refunded.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, Blue Ember Bakery is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. We will gladly assist you in working with the carrier if an issue occurs.

Allergies

Our products are prepared in a kitchen that may handle common allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other ingredients. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.
