Shipping Info
We currently ship our treats, macarons, and other shelf-stable treats throughout the United States
Processing time: 2-5 business days.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Please note: Cakes, cupcakes, and custom cakes are available for local pickup or local delivery and cannot be shipped.
Q: Which products can be shipped?
Our Ember bars, and macarons can be shipped throughout the United States. Cakes and cupcakes are available for local pickup only.
Q:How long does shipping take?
Orders are prepared within 2-4 business days before shipping. Delivery time depends on the shipping option selected at checkout.

Q:Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! We specialize in custom cakes, cupcakes, cakesicles for birthdays, weddings, graduations, baby showers, and other special occasions. Please contact us before placing a custom order so we can discuss your vision and availability.
Q: Do you accept returns or refunds?
Because our products are freshly made and perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery, and we'll do our best to make it right.
